When I met Jo I was out of condition and overweight, in short I felt rubbish, with Jo’s help i have reached my fitness goals and I feel amazing, I regularly attend Jo’s Bootcamp sessions and have a great fitness regime, Jo has ensured that I also have a workout for when I am not with her. The guidance and support Jo has given me on nutrition, exercise, stretching and overall healthy lifestyle has been brilliant.

Jo has managed to keep me going well beyond my well by date, getting all the knots out and more recently having hot stones massage which is the most deeply relaxing  massage I have ever experienced.

I was recommended to Jo by a friend who had trained with her and had achieved great results, and I am delighted to say that I am also very pleased.

Whilst not being concerned about weight loss, the main goal of my time with Jo has been to just “feel fitter” and be able to do more active things without feeling exhausted. Jo created a training programme that helped me to achieve this, and also advised on equipment that I should purchase to use to train at home when not training with her.

I have also started to use the Herbalife shakes that Jo recommended and can report that these are fantastic! I thoroughly enjoy having these for breakfast each day and have cut out mid-morning snacking as I just dont feel hungry.
