My philosophy for a healthy active lifestyle is based on the 80/20 principle which is 80% nutrition and 20% workout and a huge part of what I do is to advise on and establish a healthy eating routine. Nutrition is a major part of any fitness / wellness programme and a client’s nutritional needs will vary greatly depending upon many things including age, gender, lifestyle,activity levels, occupation and body composition .These needs should be established at the beginning along with the fitness assessment.
