Great start to the new year !!

Tuesday morning Full Body Fitness class 10.00-11.00 at Ashwells Sports and Country Club,

No moaning my girls got on with the job in hand, great class girls well done, two weeks without performing

even one plank and they all managed several and Hot Hands too !!

This class is suitable for all fitness levels, it changes slightly each week to ensure the body is always challenged, to keep it fresh, safe and enjoyable.

Come and join us you do not even have to be a member of Ashwells.
